Week7–8: Visual communication
Hi World
Today was week7 and it was also the holiday for ANZAC day. Although it was a holiday and I supposed to study for my assessment, I was busy working for a part-time job. I think I can be many positions in my workplace, which are cashier, waitress, kitchen hand, entree cook and cleaner. There were not many things to share, so I may merge the blogs between 2 weeks in one blog.

Hi Week 8
Welcome to the unusual class on Tuesday! Normally, we studied Visual Communication on Monday but it’s fine because I like Visual Communication.
Today we had a tutorial via the Miro board again. Rae set a small workshop for us to name our own zine and present the zine styles that will appear on the final assignment task. She requested us to post them on Teams post. I’m going with Tea topic. In my point of view, I like the word ‘Tea story’ but it was already used by one of my references, so I named my zine ‘Tea Tales’ instead.

I created the Miro board to generate my idea and save my inspiration. For example, I made a list that what I have to do and what will be good to add to the zine.

I also contained what I have planned in InDesign on each page and my referencing zine which related to my zine topic.

I am kind of like a people who spend time reading what I am interested in. Therefore, I was a little bit late to show Rae what I want to be in my zine because I was stuck in reading the text too much *laugh cry*.

Rae saw my post and tagged my name to the link that shows the combination of Vector and Raster images as an inspiration. Her suggestion was very useful for me to learn making the new crating technique.
